Amazing customer service. The lines moved quickly. **No Restroom** that I have a huge problem with. I waited in line while holding it, figured I would discreetly ask where the restrooms were when I walked up. Finished my business and asked... I was told they do not offer restrooms to the public. Now I'm zooming out of this parking lot to try and find a location to use the restroom. Cannot understand how a public building, especially government associated business, is allowed to not offer restrooms... Ruined my whole experience here. I follow the rules, I am patient, kind. I did everything required of me, I think the least they can do is offer a restroom and drinking fountain to the public.

Kristie was so polite, personable, and professional, and even helped entertain my son who is preschool age. She explained the process and papers even for the title and application. I would ask for her by name anytime. Thank you for your services.

I have lived in Comal County since 2015 and visited the CC Tax Office 1-2 times per year for assistance with routine needs. Over the years, there has never been a time when I was not genuinely impressed with the Tax Office's customer service and efficiency. The experience they create surpasses the standards which many privately owned companies try to maintain. I wanted to post here to thank the Comal County Tax Assessor's team for priortizing the customer experience. I can speak from personal experience that it takes signficant effort to consistently create such a positive environment. In my opinion, you all do it better than most in either the private or goverment sectors. Thank you! Terry

1:05 p.m. Monday 11-6-23 only 2 people working the window for new registration. 30 minute wait time with only 3 people in front of me. This place used to greet you when you walked in the door. Now people behind the glass are just sitting at there desk.

Needed some help with something we received in the mail, and while the situation is sticky I cannot say how much I appreciate the gentleman named Lawrence who was extremely helpful and calm. He made sure we were helped and even remembered us when we had to call back a good two hours later (luckily we ran into him again over phone) and did great. Even the other lady who's name I did not catch, but she was great and very understanding and down to earth. Even when our situation ran into the next day (office was closing) the office made sure we called back the next day and they were ready ready help. So very thankful. Great office! Mrs. Hoyt has a good crew representing the office. Didn't have as much luck with the appraisal office, but that's a different story. Thanks again, everyone!!

Very organized and professional. Pay attention to the signage inside, its very helpful. Tax Assessor Offices/DMVs generally have a bad reputation but this office has it together. Employees were knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. I had all my paperwork ready* and walked out with my renewal in five mins, tops.

A gentleman helped me today get my title moved from another state to Texas and he was so amazing. He was very thorough and helpful. I've never had issues coming here, everyone has always been very attentive and willing to help. 10/10 experience
